He has extensive experience of rendering legal advise on setting up in India, aircraft leasing and financing, aircraft acquisition and sale transactions, foreign exchange control laws, commercial agreements, and day-to-day legal issues faced by airlines/operators.
In addition to aviation, he advises clients in other industry verticals such as shipping, logistics, and manufacturing.
Lovejeet has been awarded as a ‘40 under 40 Rising Stars’ by Legal Era and is acknowledged by the clients for his attention to details and rendering commercially viable legal advice.
