An accomplished expert in talent management and acquisition, Monali has a strong track record in creating talent strategies that drive business outcomes and productivity. She leads global initiatives to improve employee retention, optimize talent acquisition, and foster a high-performance culture across diverse teams. Her expertise includes the design and implementation of talent solutions that support leadership development, succession planning, and performance management. She is also passionate about the holistic well-being of employees in the aviation industry.  

Monali’s academic background includes a master’s in occupational psychology from the University of Leicester, an MBA from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, and a bachelor’s in commerce with a focus on Organizational Psychology and Economics from the University of Mumbai. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Research with a focus on Organizational Health and Psychology at Lancaster University, UK. She also holds certification from the British Psychological Association in Occupational Ability & Personality Testing and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
