With over 20 years of experience in aviation and luxury sectors, Caroline Cresp is an influential leader in private aviation and currently serves as the Managing Director for LunaJets in the Middle East. Caroline was raised and graduated in Europe before launching her career in the luxury sector and moving to Dubai in 2011. Since then, she has spent nearly 15 years driving innovation and market expansion in the UAE, bringing deep expertise in private aviation management, aircraft brokerage, and client relations.

Caroline’s career in aviation is distinguished by her strategic acumen and exceptional client service. Her previous roles included both regional leadership positions and a significant period working directly with aircraft owners, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market’s unique needs. This insight has been instrumental in LunaJets’ rapid success and recognition, including the company's award as Company of the Year in the Gulf 2024.

Since establishing LunaJets’ Dubai operations, Caroline has led the company’s growth with a focus on creating customized client experiences and building strategic partnerships. Her efforts have been recognized with numerous accolades, including her recent title as Business Aviation Executive of the Year 2024.
