What are the show times?
Is it open to the public? Can we bring children/babies
The MEBAA Show is open to business professionals and industry only, business card proof is required. No under 16's allowed entry
Is there a dress code to access the exhibition?
The MEBAA Show is strictly a business event and not open to the general public. Business attire and national dress only.
How much does it cost to visit the show?
The visitor ticket rate is USD 99.75 incl. VAT. Register now.
How can I register as a visitor?

You will be asked to upload the following documents as part of your registration.
• Passport photo
• Passport copy
• Visa copy - depending on nationality
• Emirates ID - if you reside in the UAE
This is due to the fact that MEBAA Show is held on a live Airfield and there are some new security measures in place.
I have registered for my badge, but can I print my badge onsite?
Visitor, Exhibitor, Media, Contractor and Student badges are all 'Print at Home' badges. You will receive an email with a link to download your badge nearer the show. Please print it at home and bring it with you.
If you apply the 'Priority badge add-on' to an Exhibitor badge, you will need to collect this badge onsite at the registration desks. It can not be printed at home. This is new for 2024 so please make your colleagues aware of this change.

There are no "VIP Badges" at the MEBAA Show 2024.

Will there be a flying display?
There is no flying display at the MEBAA Show 2024; aircraft will be displayed on the static display

Can I bring a camera to the show?
Yes, you can bring a camera to the show.
Can I refund/transfer my visitor ticket?
Refunds or ticket transfers are not possible.

Where is the MEBAA Show located?
At the Airshow site, DWC, Jebel Ali. Please note that the Airshow site is a separate location to Al Maktoum Airport. Directions can be found online here.
How far away is DWC?
From the Dubai Marina: 20 mins | Downtown: 35 mins | Dubai International Airport: 45 mins | Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins
How do I get to the show site?

The exhibition hall has disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted.

Do you have a partner airline offering special discounts?
Emirates Airline has proudly been selected as the partner airline for the MEBAA Show and is offering a special discount for attendees.
How do I get a visa for the UAE?
Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. More information available here. We are unable to offer any assistance with this process.
Are there catering outlets at the show?
There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments.
Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?
There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Please note that you will not be allowed to bring your own food into the venue.
Are there covered areas from the heat?
The exhibition hall is air conditioned and indoor catering areas will also be available.
Is there a cloakroom/place to leave my items?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for your items and and there is no facility on-site to store these.
