Could you kindly introduce FlySociety?
 
FlySociety is a private jet charter company with a strong foundation in Europe, originating in Spain. Our highly specialized approach, focused exclusively on bespoke on-demand private jet charter services, has been the driving force behind our success. With several successful years operating in Europe —one of the world’s most demanding private aviation markets—we have earned a reputation as a trusted and respected name in the global private aviation industry. As part of our international expansion, we are proud to now extend our reach to the Middle East, with Dubai as our regional hub. This milestone represents a significant step in our mission to deliver the same level of efficiency and tailored private jet charter services to clients beyond Europe.
 
FlySociety recently opened its first office in the Middle East. How does this regional focus contribute to your service offering, especially for clients in Dubai?
 
Expanding to the Middle East, with Dubai as our regional hub, is a natural progression of the successful formula we’ve established in Europe. Our highly specialized approach to private jet charter has earned us a trusted reputation in one of the world’s most demanding aviation markets.
By bringing this proven model to Dubai, we can deliver the same level of efficiency and tailored service that has defined our success in Europe. As a global business and luxury travel hub, Dubai is the ideal location to extend our expertise and meet the high expectations of a discerning clientele. This regional focus allows us to address the unique demands of Middle Eastern clients while upholding the world-class standards FlySociety is known for. Our mission is simple: to provide seamless, efficient, and tailored private jet travel solutions.
 
What are the unique selling propositions that differentiate FlySociety in the competitive private jet charter industry, particularly in the Middle East?
 
FlySociety stands out with its exclusive focus on on-demand private jet charter, delivering tailored solutions with precision and reliability. Our success, honed in Europe—one of the world’s most demanding private aviation markets—has given us a distinct edge in offering seamless, world-class service.
In the Middle East, our regional hub in Dubai enables faster response times and a deeper understanding of client preferences, ensuring bespoke solutions for every need. It’s this combination of expertise, personalization, and efficiency that sets FlySociety apart in the competitive private jet charter market.
 
This year marks FlySociety's first presence at MEBAA. What are your key objectives for the show?
 
FlySociety is proud to establish its presence in the Middle East through this year’s MEBAA Show. This is an opportunity to introduce our brand, showcase our highly specialized approach to private jet charter, and demonstrate the value we bring to the region. Our key objectives are to connect with industry leaders and partners, engage with potential clients, and solidify our position as a trusted provider of bespoke, on-demand private jet services. MEBAA is the perfect platform to highlight our expertise, share our vision, and reinforce our commitment to excellence in private aviation in the Middle East.
 
What is your company’s long-term vision, and how do you see it evolving over the next 5 to 10 years? What are your top priorities, particularly in emerging markets like Saudi Arabia and India?
 
For now, our primary focus is on establishing success in the Middle East. This region is pivotal to our growth, and we are fully committed to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients. That said, while we are monitoring emerging markets like Saudi Arabia and India, where there is significant potential for private aviation services, they are not our immediate priority. Our long-term vision is to scale FlySociety thoughtfully and strategically, always upholding the superlative level of service that defines our brand. Growth isn’t just about expanding our footprint; it’s about ensuring every market reflects the precision, reliability, and bespoke service FlySociety is known for. Over the next 5 to 10 years, our aim is to expand selectively into key markets while continuing to lead with excellence in everything we do.
 
As a leader in a highly regulated and dynamic industry, what leadership principles guide your decision-making?
 
Our guiding principle is simple: if it’s safe and legal, we’ll make it happen and deliver with excellence. This clear approach ensures we focus on what matters most—flawless execution, building client trust, and upholding FlySociety’s core values of precision, efficiency, and world-class service. This mindset enables us to navigate the complexities of the private aviation industry with unwavering commitment and resilience.
 
As CEO, what has been the most rewarding part of your journey in the aviation industry so far?
 
The most rewarding part of my journey as FlySociety’s CEO has been contributing to an industry I’m deeply passionate about for 25 years while carrying forward my father’s legacy. Business aviation has always been part of my life, as my father was a pioneering entrepreneur in the industry since the 1980s, leaving a lasting impact until his retirement. Building on that foundation and leading FlySociety while contributing to the growth of such a dynamic industry has been both a privilege and the ultimate reward.
 
How do you personally stay motivated and focused in such a fast-paced, high-stakes industry?
 
The privilege of leading FlySociety motivates me every day. Knowing that we deliver excellence and make a meaningful contribution to such a dynamic industry inspires me to stay focused, tackle challenges with determination, and continually strive for improvement.
 
What key strategies have you implemented to stay competitive in the rapidly changing aviation industry?
 
In a rapidly evolving industry, embracing the digital revolution is essential to staying competitive. By leveraging innovative marketing strategies and digital tools, we aim to strengthen our brand, connect with our clients, and highlight FlySociety’s defining strengths. This focus on marketing, paired with our commitment to operational excellence and a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation, ensures we remain adaptable and prepared to meet the expectations of modern private aviation.
 
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the aviation sector, particularly in leadership roles?
 
A willingness to continually learn is essential in this ever-evolving industry. Business aviation is more than logistics—it’s a relationship-driven field where trust and meaningful connections are the cornerstone of success.
